Due to the nature of our products, we have specific refund and return policies in place. Please read below to understand how we handle refund requests.
- Perishable Items (Fish, Vegetables & Other Fresh Foods) • We do not accept returns or refunds on perishable items unless there is an issue with the product upon delivery.
• If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the issue is reported within the specified time frame and verified by our team. - Non-Perishable Items • Non-perishable products (such as packaged goods, canned items, or dried foods) may be eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. - Order Cancellations & Changes • Orders can only be canceled or modified before dispatch. Once dispatched, no cancellations or changes can be made.
• If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us immediately. - Refund Process • Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days back to the original payment method.
