UK-WIDE DELIVERY
- We strive to provide tracking notifications once your order leaves our facility. Additionally, our delivery partner will send you an estimated arrival time for your purchase.
- Standard delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days after your order is received (excluding weekends).
- Orders containing fresh produce such as bread, vegetables, plantain, and fruits will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that an adult (18 years or older) is available to receive your order. If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, the courier may offer options such as selecting a safe place or redirecting the package to a neighbor.
- Delivery starts from £9.00.
- Delivery costs vary based on the total weight of your basket.
- During checkout, the applicable delivery fee will be calculated based on your basket’s weight and location. A minimum basket surcharge applies to orders under £25.
- Delivery charges are subject to change as we adjust our prices in accordance with rates set by our delivery partners.
- While we aim to serve you seamlessly, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions, rail strikes, courier delays, etc.) may affect delivery timelines. In such cases, we will provide timely updates.
- We offer Next-Day Delivery, starting from £9.99, with costs increasing based on your basket’s weight.
- Next-Day Delivery is based on the dispatch date, not the order placement date.
Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it is final. Due to our quick processing times to ensure timely delivery, we are unable to accept cancellations after an order has been submitted.
